Processing Time - 1-3 months, discussed individually! It depends on the chosen dress model, its complexity, availability of materials, workload and Your Wedding Date. Please, write to me in CONTACTS  for details!

Payment

PayPal only!
You will get PayPal bill after making order on your contact (e-mail, telegram, insta)

 

Delivery

You can choice:

Free Delivery by Russian Post - 2 weeks-4months

50$ EMS express delivery ~1 month

120$ DHL express, Delivery Time - 3-10 days for all World!

Refund

Refunds are only possible if work on the dress has not been started!

 

I sew every dress in your individual measurements. I also give the opportunity to customise the dress: you can make some changes - colours and details. Therefore the dress cannot be returned!

When a dress is made by measurements, there are usually no adjustments, or these are minor adjustments. In contrast to the dress ordered according the size grid. If you still need an adjustments, you can send the dress back for me to make a fit, or contact the nearest atelier in your city.
